RingCentral Selected by Big Ass Fans to Empower its Hybrid Workforce

By

Hybrid workplaces are the new way of working as business deal with the reality that the workforce will never look as it did in 2019. After the pandemic shutdowns of 2020, many companies have continued to expand work from home options and many are adding hybrid, flexible work schedules to their regular schedules.

Big Ass Fans, an independent fan manufacturer, is one company that is now offering their  employees  the ability to work from anywhere and has selected RingCentral to ensure they have access to all the tools and offerings needed to do so effectively.

RingCentral is a global enterprise cloud communications, video meetings, collaboration, and contact center solutions provider. Using RingCentral MVP (Message, Video, Phone), the fan manufacturer is able to offer its 650 global employees a reliable and modern communications platform that they can use to easily connect, work and collaborate.

“At Big Ass Fans, we're known for designing world-class fans with industry-leading airflow for residential, commercial, and industrial uses,” said Big Ass Fans’ Frederick. “We chose a user-friendly RingCentral solution that will simplify our communications and scale to meet our global needs while giving us mobile capabilities so our teams can work from anywhere. The RingCentral mobile app unlocks a new potential for us and something we never had with our previous providers."

The cloud-based RingCentral MVP solution will cut costs as it will replace a number of communications platforms, PBX systems and vendors it previously used and also improve business continuity.

“Big Ass Fans is a global leader meeting the demands for better indoor air quality solutions,” ??said Carson Hostetter, chief revenue officer of RingCentral. “Big Ass Fans achieved its world-class market leadership by focusing on attention to design and details. We are thrilled to partner with Big Ass Fans as they turbocharge their employee and customer experiences with collaborative communications and achieve even greater success in the years to come.”
