Moveworks Reduces Time to Create Conversational AI Experiences with New Platform

By

The utilization of numerous Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) and cloud-based applications is commonplace today. Why? These applications and systems contain valuable data and thousands of workflows and automations.

Unfortunately, many employees lack access to these applications and the expertise to utilize them efficiently, leading to the creation of a group of service owners and experts who help navigate these systems. Despite this, there hasn't been a unified interface capable of enabling these systems to communicate with one another or to surface valuable information, until now.

Enter Moveworks.

The conversational AI platform for enterprises has launched a no-code, generative AI platform called Creator Studio.

Creator Studio boasts a natural language interface that acts as an enterprise-wide copilot for employees, enabling them to easily generate conversational AI use cases, search for information and act across every application. Additionally, the platform can be integrated with any system across the enterprise, effectively making language the universal interface for every system and workflow.

The launch of Creator Studio provides a user-friendly conversational AI platform that improves employee productivity by reducing their reliance on service owners. The platform allows employees to design custom conversational AI use cases in minutes (and without the need for coding, scripting or complex dialogue flows). This gives employees instant access to the information and resources they need to complete their work efficiently, all from one centralized location.

"Employees face daily challenges when interacting with various business systems,” said Moveworks founder and president Varun Singh. “They often rely on service owners and admins to bridge this gap. With Creator Studio, we are finally empowering service owners to automate their repetitive tasks within minutes using the power of generative AI.”

Creator Studio is composed of three workspaces that allow customers to extend the power of Moveworks throughout their entire enterprise: Paths, Queries and Events.

Paths enables service owners to build new conversational flows and connect them to any business system for automation in minutes. It removes the need for dialogue flows and generates any custom conversational AI use case by leveraging the power of generative AI and LLMs, like GPT 3.5 and GPT-4.

The Queries workspace enables service owners to build new conversational queries and connect to any business system in seconds. It connects employees to the right data from one place; whether a sales director needs to know the latest status of a deal in their CRM, or a finance manager needs to check the status of a purchase order in their billing system.

The Events workspace integrates with any application to streamline notifications and send proactive, actionable recommendations before it's too late. The pace of work is faster. With every business striving to do more with less, important events often fall through the cracks, from remembering employee anniversaries to proactively cleaning up disk space.

The advantages of utilizing Creator Studio are evident, and companies are taking note.

“Creator Studio dramatically reduces the time and effort required to create conversational AI experiences,” said Walter Starke, IT technical supervisor, Coca-Cola Consolidated. “We can build dozens of use cases in a matter of hours, compared to several weeks with more traditional approaches, like building out GUI-based apps. Now, we can focus on creating resilient AI instead of wasting time defining and building out fragile systems.”

Through its centralized interface, Creator Studio facilitates an enterprise's various systems and workflows, allowing employees to access necessary information with ease and speed. The workload of service owners and experts is reduced, as they are no longer required to assist employees in navigating intricate systems. But, like the Coca-Cola scenario, this allows them to concentrate on critical projects that add value to the business.
