A Smart 'Sys' Collab: Infosys and SAP Emarsys to Share Resources and Address Omnichannel Engagement Strategies

By

Let’s recap the ins and outs of Infosys, SAP Emarsys, and their new collaboration announced last week:

Infosys is a provider of next-gen transformative digital services. With more than four decades spent managing systems and intricate inner workings of myriad global enterprises, Infosys strives to steer its clients – spanning 56 countries in total – in the best-possible directions as they navigate cloud-based and AI-driven transformations.

In Infosys’ own words, “We enable teams with an AI-first core, empower their business models with agile capabilities that scale, and we drive continuous improvement with always-on learning through the transfer of expertise and ideas drawn from our inclusive innovation ecosystem.” From a capital of just $250 back in 1981, Infosys has grown into a massive $18.6 billion company that has catalyzed major changes in IT.

Emarsys, backed by the power of SAP, brings great value to its customers through its omnichannel customer engagement platform and expert marketing resources. Basically, its team delivers marketing automation, real-time personalization tools, and in-depth campaign sophistication that benefits interactions in commerce, sales, and myriad other services sectors.

Joanna Milliken, CEO of Emarsys, stated, “Here, we truly work as one. We succeed by empowering our customers and transforming markers into heroes of business. And with the power of SAP behind us, we’re realizing more opportunities than ever before.”

Thus, per this article’s title, it’s clear that these two share enough common denominators to click together – to collab.

So yeah, Infosys and SAP Emarsys have officially established a promising collaboration to address additional (and quickly growing) demands in strategic omnichannel engagement. We’re talking about the sharing of high-impact marketing growth tactics, as well as the utilization of Infosys Cobalt, a set of services for enterprises aimed at smartly accelerating businesses’ unique cloud journeys. (Also Infosys Topaz, an GenAI-powered for unshackling the value data across organizational silos that is then turned into a blend of data-driven insights and predictive analytics.)

Per Dinesh Rao, Executive Vice President at Infosys:

"We are delighted to collaborate with SAP Emarsys to bring groundbreaking omnichannel marketing solutions to our customers. We look forward to helping businesses streamline their marketing processes, seamlessly blending digital channels and creating a new era of customer engagement and generating faster insights across customer life cycle."

And per Brian Falzone, COO at SAP Emarsys:

“Our collaboration with Infosys will supercharge customer engagement and the way our customers leverage data to make strategic decisions. With Infosys' expertise connecting integrated marketing solutions to maximize revenue through personalization, innovation will continue to remain at the forefront for our customers.”
