Vizetto's Reactiv Suite Keeps Virtual Audience Engaged

By

The days of water cooler chats are over, and  video meetings have become the norm for business interaction today. Everything from customer calls and internal training to team meetings and executive briefings are predominately held over video. The key is figuring out ways to keep the audience engaged.

“Think of a water cooler moment. Now picture yourself and the person you are talking to putting a paper bag on your head, and that’s how video conferences are today,” said Av Utukuri, executive chairman at Vizetto, during ITEXPO 2022. “People turn off their camera, putting on that paper bag, and have their meeting. That is not engaging.”

With Reactiv Suite, a virtual meeting platform by Vizetto, audience engagement in any hybrid meeting can be boosted. The meeting host can display, organize, manipulate and annotate content. The host can present many types of information, jump to any topic and capture feedback without the limitations of screen sharing tools. They can also pin their camera and control their image to help elevate their presence to stand out.

Included with Reactiv Suite are different apps for different meetings. Reactiv Pitch is used for presenting one file, ideal for keynotes, pitches and product demonstrations. Reactiv Stage will allow users to present multiple files, ideal for classrooms and interactive meetings. Reactiv Scribble is an interactive whiteboard to help with collaboration and brainstorming sessions.

“Most video conferences do the opposite of what is needed to make you engage,” said Utukuri. “We want you to feel like you are talking to person, not a deck.”

Reactiv Suite Pro is priced at $30 monthly and $300 yearly. Reactiv Suite IWB is priced at $1,200 yearly.

In today’s video-driven business environment, Reactiv Suite can help companies transition from unproductive meetings to  a new level of productivity through engaging and dynamic presentations.
