Strivr Builds VR Ecosystem to Accelerate Adoption

By

The C-suite is faced with challenges around attracting and retaining workers. In addition to having to deal with the Great Resignation – more current Quiet Quitting phenomenon – workers desire more remote and hybrid opportunities, along with a more inclusive company culture. That is putting a strain on executives as they try to implement ways to enhance company culture and keep productivity high.

As a result, enterprises are turning to more immersive technologies, such as VR, to increase employee performance, engagement and retention. VR is a way to incorporate more hands-on training and keep employees interactive with each other no matter where they are working from.

To further optimize efficiencies and enhance the capabilities of VR for the enterprise, Strivr launched its Strivr Partner Program, an ecosystem connecting content, technology and services providers to deliver immersive experiences.

“Strivr has been obsessed with helping our customers find ways to better engage their teams and enhance performance,” said Derek Belch, founder and CEO of Strivr. “With this new partner program, we are excited to welcome an ecosystem of like-minded partners who share our passion in bringing this to life with some of the largest companies in the world.”

The Strivr Partner Program encompasses three categories of partners:

  • Content: Strivr Content Partners create immersive experiences leveraging the Strivr platform and Strivr SDK to advance employee learning and performance across the enterprise.
  • Services: Strivr Services Partners include services organizations dedicated to optimizing the value of enterprise VR through strategy, curriculum design, deployment and change management services.
  • Technology: Strivr Technology Partners encompass a curated network of application, software, and hardware development companies that design, build, connect and scale enterprise VR solutions.

The adoption of VR at scale is leveraged through Strivr’s platform, which tracks content completion for programs, modules and immersive experiences. It deploys, maintains and archives training experiences for multiple business locations and employee functions as well as manages headsets across several locations.

Strivr and its partners Accenture, DDI, PICO, Qualcomm and VMware will build on the platform’s momentum while forging relationships with companies pioneering immersive use cases to garner real-world performance impact.
