TalonWork Enterprise Browser Reinforces Distributed Work Security

By

Hybrid work models create risks, and it is up to business  leaders to implement strategies that will provide secure access to web, SaaS and private applications. Importantly, according to Gartner, organizations also need to assess wireless access risk separate from wired network security.

Talon modernizes security programs and improves user experiences for hybrid work by delivering a secure enterprise browser. Gartner recognized the capabilities that a secure enterprise browser brings and named Talon a 2022 Cool Vendor in the Cool Vendors in Hybrid Work Security report. The report is where Gartner showcases innovative products that reduce the risk of hybrid work.

The TalonWork browser reduces cyber risk by providing deep visibility and control for SaaS and web-based applications to defend against malware and prevent data loss. The Chromium-based browser isolates web traffic locally on the endpoint, providing a responsive, native user experience.

TalonWork aligns with zero trust approaches by comprehensively validating an endpoint’s security posture, such as the underlying OS, patch version and installed security software. TalonWork also continuously authenticates and authorizes users and endpoints accessing enterprise resources.

Additionally, Talon integrated with CrowdStrike Falcon X to reduce the risks posed by unmanaged devices. The solution prevents TalonWork users from uploading or downloading potentially harmful files brought forward by sophisticated threat actors.

“Distributed work is more prevalent than ever, so it is pivotal that vendors make it seamless for users to connect to business applications and data without compromising security,” said Ofer Ben-Noon, co-founder and CEO, Talon Cyber Security.

With Talon, customers see accelerated business growth and operational efficiency with up to 80% of total cost of ownership savings when compared to alternative solutions like VDI and shipping corporate laptops.

“With Talon’s secure enterprise browser, organizations can deliver enterprise-grade security to users through a solution that significantly reduces cost and complexity,” said Ben-Noon.
