ZIRO and Dubber Turn Calls into AI Notes on Teams

By

Businesses always search for ways to create more engaging meetings. This, however, can prove difficult to do when meeting attendees sometimes bury their heads into their notebooks or laptops, trying to jot down every single piece of information to make sure nothing important is missed.

So why not make it possible for attendees to drop the pen and actually engage with everyone in attendance as AI transcribes the meeting to ensure important points are never missed again?

ZIRO’s Foundation Partner agreement with Dubber, a conversational intelligence and unified recording platform for service providers and their customers, makes it possible.

The partnership agreement encompasses a range of Dubber's products, as well as newly released Dubber Moments and Dubber Notes for Teams. Embedding Dubber Moments within all Teams subscriptions provided by ZIRO gives end users get an out-of-the-box productivity feature.

Dubber Moments users are given an option to upgrade to the fully featured Dubber Notes for Teams subscription. The subscription provides complete automation of meeting and call note taking including AI features such as auto actions items, sections of conversations, speakers, topics and Dubber Moments.

“How many times have we sat in meetings and either forgotten to take notes or dreaded making sense of a native app's transcription? With Dubber, those days are over,” said Steven Karachinsky, CEO of ZIRO.

Steve McGovern, CEO of Dubber, is in agreement with Karachinsky and says that the pen and paper is now put to the side, allowing customers to “enjoy AI driven note taking as a source of information and productivity." There is no longer a need to rely on transcription.

The launch of the relationship to ZIRO customers is set for January 2023 with Dubber supporting their growth via the Dubber Foundation program. Dubber's Unified Recording and Unified Recording + Insight suite of packages are also expected to be available via ZIRO.
