Martello Technologies Group Improves Microsoft Teams Rooms with Vantage DX V3.10

By

For a vast number of remote and hybrid workers (even before the COVID-19 pandemic), the Microsoft Teams platform has proven to be a solid tool. And with Microsoft Teams Rooms – software built on top of Microsoft Teams with additional features – users can facilitate frictionless, hassle-free meeting scenarios.

With one-touch options for starting and joining meetings, Microsoft Teams Rooms (abbreviated as MTR) delivers experiences that can put both in-room and remote meeting attendees on equal footing. According to a report from January of this year, 60% of the Fortune 500 already use MTR. Plus, per Microsoft, there are currently more than half a million active MTR devices.

However, even for juggernaut megacorps like Microsoft, there’s always going to be room for improvement.

Enter Martello Technologies Group, developer of Office 365, Microsoft Teams, and other Microsoft Modern Workplace solutions. With Martello, businesses can take better control of their Microsoft application service performances with actionable data based on performance and user experiences, helping them to identify and prioritize issues with outage detections, alerts, and prioritized steps for resolution and prevention.

This week, Martello announced its newest MTR monitoring and analytics capabilities in the form of its Vantage DX V3.10.

Vantage DX delivers end-to-end visibility into the performance of any number of MTR and connected devices to considerably improve hybrid meeting experiences. This new, out-of-the-box performance-monitoring support can reduce troubleshooting efforts from hours to mere minutes. It also positions IT and AV teams to proactively fix issues related to Microsoft Teams Rooms Management; that way, critical meetings aren’t impacted.

With Vantage DX’s new dashboards and capabilities:

  • You’ll know if an MTR is performing poorly (and before any complaints arise).
  • You can ensure MTR devices are functioning optimally; i.e. if a device is actually online, if it requires a software update, etc.
  • You can streamline MTR settings controls and know which of your MTRs are the busiest at a given time, allowing for closer monitoring.
  • Businesses can deliver maximum ROI on MTR investments to ensure satisfying VIP meetings.

"Our customers can depend on Vantage DX as they deepen their investment in Microsoft Teams capabilities, including Microsoft Teams Rooms", said Rob Doucette, Vice President of Product Management at Martello. "Microsoft Teams is a key engine of productivity in many organizations globally, and the latest release of Vantage DX is yet another example of our commitment to giving IT teams the tools they need.”
