Clari Revs Time to Revenue with Generative AI Solution

Revenue leaks, or the loss of potential revenue due to inefficiencies, errors or missed opportunities in a company's sales process, are certainly problems for revenue teams. One of the more challenging obstacles these teams face is the time-consuming task of analyzing data buried in legacy systems (such as CRM software, spreadsheets and BI tools) to identify and address these leaks.

For example, a company may have customer data stored in their CRM system, sales data in spreadsheets and web analytics data in a separate BI tool. To get a complete picture of the sales process and identify potential revenue leaks, revenue teams may need to manually consolidate data from these disparate systems and analyze it.

As most can see, this is a time-consuming and labor-intensive process that takes away from revenue-critical tasks such as closing deals and generating new business. This raised the demand for a comprehensive revenue database that allows companies to accelerate time-to-revenue.

Clari’s new solution lives up to that demand. RevGPT, a new generative AI solution, is built into the Clari Revenue Platform and leverages ChatGPT to give companies the ability to get answers to their most critical revenue questions and act with unprecedented speed and precision.

RevGPT is a system that generates answers by analyzing sales conversations captured by Clari's Wingman solution and data from RevDB, a revenue database with more than  $1 trillion under management. It provides answers to specific and general questions about deals, risks, sales goals and forecasts. The system recommends follow-up actions, such as drafting emails and scheduling meetings, and it updates CRM systems and can revise forecasts.

With RevGPT added in, the system aims to increase productivity and revenue outcomes for sales, revenue operations, customer success, marketing, finance and leadership teams.
