Wrike Further Innovates in Collaborative Work Management with Latest AI Features

By

With workforces having shifted to more of the hybrid and/or remote settings, businesses rely on collaboration to get things done. As a result, the collaborative work management industry is vital; it provides solutions and tools that help organizations and teams work together more efficiently and effectively.

Collaborative work management solutions promote better communication among team members, transparency, and scalability, making them ideal for businesses of all sizes. The industry is helping to drive innovation and improve the bottom line for businesses looking to stay competitive.

Wrike, a cloud-based collaborative work management platform, helps teams manage projects, tasks and deadlines. Wrike also offers a robust set of collaboration tools and solutions that allow team members to communicate and collaborate in real-time.

One of those solutions is its Work Intelligence solution, a feature of the Wrike work management platform that uses AI and machine learning (ML) to help teams make more informed decisions about their projects. This solution provides insights into team performance, project progress and resource allocation, which can help teams improve their productivity and overall project success.

Wrike looks to expand the solution with the launch of additional intelligent features, starting with description summarization, text generation and text editing powered by AI. The additional features automate otherwise tedious tasks and present information in digestible ways for quick context. They allow customers to more easily manipulate text with the click of a button, summarize long bodies of copy, correct mistakes, translate text and generate a reply.

“Conversations happening in the boardroom and among business decision makers are focused on operational efficiency, and the impact of those discussions is felt across the organization,” said Andrew Filev, founder and CEO of Wrike. “Naturally, we’re looking to advancements in AI, ML and automation to contribute to improved efficiency.”

Additionally, Wrike unveiled an annual product roadmap that features AI-powered innovations designed to enhance productivity for its users.

Among the planned updates is generative AI, which summarizes work items and presents users with essential information to focus on. Also incorporated is Intelligent Search, which uses natural language support to quickly find relevant items and information in a way familiar to users.

Wrike's new Work Assistant acts as a personalized educational wizard, providing instant access to relevant information and solutions. And lastly, Smart Suggestions uses ML to detect user patterns and proactively offer helpful suggestions such as automating repeatable items and adding actionable subitems.

“We are committed to working closely with our customers to build on valuable AI features that will enable them to deliver results faster,” said Alexey Korotich, vice president of product at Wrike.

With these new AI capabilities provided by Wrike, organizations improve team and cross-functional workflows and streamline projects and tasks. All this is achieved while providing tailored solutions to tackle today’s business challenges.
