“One platform to streamline all workflows.”
Not quite the “One Ring to Rule Them All” from “Lord of the Rings,” but still the real-life mission of the work management platform, Wrike.
Wrike, having created an all-in-one platform to manage projects, boost collaboration capabilities and accelerate interdepartmental execution, is trusted by the likes of Lyft, Siemens, Ogilvy, Syneos Health and many, many more (roughly 20,000 organizations worldwide). Wrike streamlines work processes with features that include (but are, by no means, limited to) project resource planning, cross-tagging for multi-workstream setups, dynamic request forms powered by conditional logic, mobile and desktop apps, and hundreds of practical integrations. (We’ll cover more integrations-wise in just a moment.) With Wrike, teams can expedite both proofing and reporting for campaigns, take control of billable hours and increase client satisfaction, create high-quality assets for marketing, and generally organize incoming requests and eliminate repetitive tasks for min-maxed workflows.
Now, about those integrations; email integration, extensions, file storage, chats, SSO, business intelligence, CRMs, you name it. In addition to integrations with Miro, Google Sheets (and Google Drive), Salesforce, Zoom, Adobe Creative Cloud, Jira, GitHub, Slack and Dropbox, Wrike integrates with Microsoft Teams and – new as of this past week – Microsoft Power BI.
Let’s break this down, long-story-short style:
Wrike has announced the availability of its Wrike Connector for Microsoft Power BI. This particular integration allows users to pull data directly from Wrike into Power BI itself, providing teams with access to much deeper analytics, reporting insights and a visual measurement of the impacts their OKR frameworks, strategic initiatives, and specific campaigns have in both the short and long term. This is workspace unification brought to life.
Moreover, this integration creates a centralized place for Power BI users to connect inputs from the following systems:
- ERP (SAP)
- CRM (Salesforce)
- ITSM (Service Now)
- MarTech (Marketo, HubSpot)
- AdTech (Meta, Google)
A single source of truth (SSOT), all with one simple click. No switching between apps and multiple digital tools required.
“Our research has shown that teams are using up to 14 different siloed applications and tools to get work done every day, resulting in lost data and inefficient work,” said Archie Sharma, Vice President Partnerships, Business & Corporate Development at Wrike.
“The same research,” Sharma continued, “found that organizations can save up to $4.1 million by centralizing all work into an SSOT. With this Power BI integration, businesses elevate their workflows and supercharge performance-tracking, metrics customization, and workforce empowerment. Team members can accurately monitor every initiative at play and can show how their department is moving the needle for the entire organization.”
