Global professional services firm Genpact fuses real-world expertise with the-future-is-now types of innovations to deliver business outcomes that truly transform industries. Having served more than 800 clients around the world, the Genpact team – currently 115,000-plus employees strong – has led the firm to becoming a driver of transformations for the Fortune 500.
And now, Genpact’s impact is growing.
Last week, Genpact announced its collaboration with none other than Microsoft.
“We help businesses reshape their operations,” Genpact CEO Sanjay Srivastava, “and we’re very proud to be a Microsoft technology collaboration partner.”
This collaboration allows Genpact’s team to access Microsoft’s Azure OpenAI Service, enabling them to unlock a slew of opportunities through the implementation of generative AI.
Here’s the breakdown:
Genpact recently identified new ways to leverage large language models (LLM) to drive enterprise-level changes in areas like transition management, infrastructure and global service desk management, and more. This allows Genpact’s domain experts to develop use cases that solve various day-to-day challenges enterprises currently face. And when this is coupled with the flexibility of the Azure OpenAI Service, and this gets accelerated multifold.
Per Vidya Rao, CIO at Genpact:
“Generative AI's potential to drive innovation is unprecedented. Thus, by democratizing access to this technology (including Microsoft Azure's powerful AI tools) we continue to foster our culture of innovation, experimentation, and knowledge across our more than 115,000 global workforce. Our continuous learning environment helps clients optimize AI's rapidly evolving landscape, and we're excited to leverage Microsoft's AI tools to revolutionize the way we approach problem-solving.”
And per Sangita Singh, General Manager IT&ITES, Microsoft India:
“Genpact is an innovator in combining AI and advanced analytics, and we are pleased to collaborate with them to expedite the development of new solutions that empower enterprises to strategically use generative AI for business value. Microsoft Azure AI, combined with Genpact's industry knowledge, operational expertise and experience in running processes for Global Fortune companies, will be a very powerful combination.”
The long-story-short of it? This Genpact-Microsoft relationship builds on AI innovations that can impact numerous industries, including consumer goods, life sciences, retail, healthcare, financial services and many more.
