Tufin Equips Partner Base with Advanced Collaboration Resources

By

Channel partners are an essential component of the MSP space. They help MSPs expand their reach, increase their revenue, and provide better services to their customers. Channel partners also bring a wealth of knowledge and expertise to the table, which helps MSPs navigate complex markets and stay ahead of the competition.

All in all, a well-designed channel partner program can help MSPs establish new revenue streams, build stronger relationships with customers and improve their overall performance.

Tufin, a provider of network and cloud security policy automation, offers a channel partner program that is multi-tiered and offers benefits to help partners grow their business and maximize profitability. And Tufin is aware of the benefits of its channel partner program. Its channel partner program was recently featured in the 2023 CRN Partner Program Guide, highlighting the program’s ability to help partners establish new revenue and growth opportunities

Building on that success, Tufin announced it made major enhancements for its channel partners.

The program enhancements include the launch of the new Tufin Partner Portal, a partner-only platform that offers various tools, content and programs to support all selling, marketing and technology needs. The new portal includes simplified deal registration submission and enhanced tracking; new tools for sales, marketing and technical partner representatives; a new lead center for tracking demand generation activities; and new demo tools.

The enhancements are a testament of the support Tufin has for its growing partner base.

The company has also launched a new customer platform. Tufin Customer Portal gives customers an improved way to interface directly with the Tufin team, receive the latest news and updates and access customer service. The Customer Portal is available now.

“As a channel-first company, our priority has always been to enable partner success through the combination of innovative technology, enablement content and direct help with integration and problem-solving,” said Gene Ymiolek, Director, Global Channel Sales at Tufin. “With the launch of these new community and collaboration tools, we’re renewing our commitment to our partners, and helping them bring customers the strongest network and cloud security controls available today.”

In the coming months, Tufin has plans to roll out a new Firewall-Plus program to combine the Tufin Orchestration Suite and the company’s shared firewall vendor ecosystem, helping partners provide more advanced services to their customers and expand their revenue streams in the process.
