Proactive Solutions for Remote Connectivity: Ivanti and Catchpoint's Partnership Benefits Workforce

By

Catchpoint, an observability network, reported that 80% of network issues occur beyond the corporate firewall. This finding underscores the importance of implementing solutions that effectively support hybrid and remote workforces. By doing so, organizations ensure that their employees have seamless access to the resources they need to perform their duties efficiently and effectively.

In light of this, companies are increasingly investing in technologies that provide application and network visibility to detect and troubleshoot remote connectivity issues before they impact the workforce.

One such instance is Ivanti, a tech company specializing in Everywhere Work solutions, partnering with Catchpoint to expand its Digital Experience Score with application and network visibility. Ivanti and Catchpoint will integrate their technologies, Ivanti Neurons for Digital Experience and Catchpoint Workforce Experience, to further understand, improve and secure the employee experience.

Ivanti Neurons for Digital Experience is a product designed to help organizations proactively enhance their digital employee experience, which encompasses tracking, measuring, and optimizing it to improve productivity, security, and employee retention. This solution empowers IT, security and service desk teams to deliver superior digital employee experiences. With Ivanti Neurons for Digital Experience, you can monitor, assess and optimize your employees' digital experience to enhance productivity, security, and employee retention.

Catchpoint's Workforce Experience solution offers third-party users visibility into distributed systems, enabling them to detect and troubleshoot remote connectivity performance and SaaS application issues before they affect the workforce. The solution provides end-to-end visibility of business-critical applications across the Internet Stack, encompassing endpoint Wi-Fi and SASE/VPN connectivity, navigating the complexities of the Internet, and reaching SaaS and cloud environments.

“By partnering with Catchpoint, we equip IT teams with visibility, contextual insights and intelligent automation to proactively detect experience issues and automatically remediate before employees are impacted,” said Daren Goeson, Senior Vice President, Product Management at Ivanti.

This partnership enables IT teams to gain visibility, contextual insights and intelligent automation to proactively detect experience issues and automatically remediate them before employees are impacted.

“This solution provides a holistic view of the health of your workforce’s connection,” said Matt Izzo, Executive Vice President, Product Management at Catchpoint. “By joining Ivanti Neurons for Digital Experience and Catchpoint Workforce Experience, it doesn’t matter where your workforce is – IT can proactively detect experience issues and automatically remediate them before employees are impacted.”
