Martello Takes User Experience Management to Copilot in Microsoft 365

By

We’ve all seen how businesses continue to migrate to cloud-based collaboration tools like Microsoft 365. With this shift comes a critical need to ensure a seamless user experience across all functionalities, especially those with premium features. For services like Copilot, Teams Phone and Teams Meeting Room, a smooth experience directly translates to maximized return on investment.

Martello Technologies Group Inc., a frontrunner in user experience management for Microsoft Teams, understands this need. Martello Technologies Group is renowned for digital experience monitoring with a focus on Microsoft products. Their software helps businesses monitor and analyze the performance of cloud-based applications like Microsoft 365 and Teams, which provides IT teams with insights to optimize user experience and troubleshoot issues.

And recently, Martello Technologies Group announced it will deliver a solution specifically designed for Copilot for Microsoft 365.

The launch of its new solution designed for Copilot, alongside enhancements to Martello's Vantage DX platform, helps businesses maximize their investment in premium Microsoft services like Teams Phone and Teams Meeting Room.

Martello's expanded Vantage DX focuses on improving user experience and simplifying IT workflows. Key additions include:

Copilot user experience management: Continuously monitor performance, receive alerts for potential issues and trace network paths to prevent performance problems that could hinder Copilot adoption.

Teams Phone license optimization: Optimize Teams Phone licensing by ensuring only essential users have access. This reduces costs associated with licenses and Session Border Controller trunking.

Teams Meeting Room enhancements: Gain network path tracing and proactive monitoring, all integrated within a single console that combines Microsoft's call quality data and Teams Pro dashboard. This eliminates the need to switch between interfaces and expedites issue resolution.

“Martello continues to be at the forefront of the user experience management market, as the first solution launched to support Microsoft Copilot,” said Randah McKinnie, Vice President of Product, Martello. “The introduction of experience management for Copilot, along with new experience management capabilities for high growth, high investment services like Teams Phone and Teams Rooms, demonstrates our commitment to supporting customers as they adopt modern technologies to drive better collaboration and productivity across their hybrid workforce.”

By offering these features, Martello allows businesses to get the most out of Microsoft's collaboration suite while keeping user experience and cost-effectiveness at the forefront.
