MeetRecord Secures $2.7M on its Mission to Optimize the Service Sector

By

“Capturing insights from umpteen sales conversations is still crazy complicated,” the team at MeetRecord expressed.

“So, we rebuilt it.”

MeetRecord, for those unaware, is a revenue automation platform purpose-built for the service sector. Its solutions range from deal management and intelligence to sales collaboration tools, CRM automation, AI coaching, and integrations with SalesForce, HubSpot, Zoom, Slack, Pipedrive, Zoho CRM, CallRail and Aircall. (There are more; these are just a few.)

Simply put, MeetRecord equips businesses with tools – many powered by AI – that analyze sales conversations and determine precise insights so they can build high-performance teams of their own. (Teams, notably, that can seamlessly capture important details and, ultimately, win more deals.) MeetRecord’s three co-founders Sachin Sinha, Paras Jain and Snehal Nimje each firmly believe that scaling these capabilities translates into bona fide success.

And in recent MeetRecord news, the company announced that it successfully secured $2.7 million in Pre-Series A funding.

According to the official announcement, this investment round – led by Singapore-based venture capital fund SWC Global, with additional participation from All in Capital – will position MeetRecord “to further its mission of empowering revenue teams with AI-enhanced tools, allowing them to focus more on sales and customer engagement with enhanced visibility into the diversity of their operations.”

Snehal Nimje also commented on this development. Nimje explained how “Service businesses, including law firms, financial advisory services, fitness consultants and homecare providers, have been looking for tailored solutions that cater to their unique needs. Unlike other platforms that target the enterprise or tech-centric markets, MeetRecord provides a customized experience that effectively addresses the gap in the service industry.”

And from SWC Global, Tuck Lye Koh confirmed how “Strong growth in the conversation intelligence market is expected, particularly as companies aim to enhance their sales efficiencies. MeetRecord, with its innovative focus on revenue automation, has developed a top-tier product that delivers significant value. We are confident in their path to market leadership and are excited to support their journey.”
