Happy Hump Day, Future of Work readers.
Let’s talk about Envoy.
It’s simple: Envoy connects people, spaces and data in order to power how people work best together. Currently, Envoy empowers more than 16,000 workplaces and properties around the world, spanning organizations’ corporate headquarters, laboratories, production sites, industrial factories, and even some multi-tenant residential buildings. Trusted by the likes of Hulu, Mazda, The Salvation Army, Slack, Pinterest and L'Oréal, its Envoy that helps teams deliver modernization-focused experiences so people get the best from working (and simply existing) together. Be it accessing essential workspace resources, making more informed decisions driven by data, optimizing staffing and investments, the list goes on; Envoy is proud to support. This is, in essence, what “an envoy” is, after all — an intermediary, a relied-upon go-between, a broker of change for parties involved — and the company makes impactful change happen while simultaneously assuring that spaces remain secure and fully compliant with its tailor-made policy customization that captures and complete records to meet organizations’ many unique requirements.
And in this story, we’re talking about Envoy’s new team-up with none other than Logitech.
Announced quite recently, Envoy and Logitech are offering a unified workplace solution for optimizing space management, enhancing collaboration capabilities, and reducing administrative burden (particularly when it comes to managing previously cumbersome meeting spaces).
Together, they’re integrating Envoy Rooms and Logitech Tap Scheduler.
This is great news. With Envoy Rooms being intuitive conference room scheduling software (making it easier to book rooms, check space usage analytics, etcetera) integrated with Logitech Tap Scheduler (i.e. an easy-to-display scheduling panel that’s purpose-built for helping workers find and claim the right spaces), these already sounded like they’d go hand in hand.
Well now, they really do.
“We’re thrilled to partner with Logitech to deliver a truly seamless meeting room management experience thanks to this powerful integration,” expressed Mort Jensen, Global Head of Channels & Partnerships at Envoy. “The integration of Logitech Tap Scheduler with Envoy Rooms underscores our commitment to deliver the breadth of workplace solutions and experiences that redefine how organizations operate — and it’s frankly what our customers and partners should expect.”
“Combining the strengths of Logitech Tap Scheduler with Envoy Rooms’ comprehensive capabilities creates an essential tool for flexible workplaces,” addedSudeep Trivedi, Head of Video Collaboration Alliances and Go-To-Market at Logitech. “Together, we are enabling companies to better utilize and manage their spaces, while significantly enhancing collaboration opportunities for employees.”
