Box Hubs Simplifies Content Publishing and Collaboration

By

Today's enterprises operate in a fast-paced, interconnected world where collaboration is key to success. However, the need for secure content management tools presents a challenge; organizations must find a way to make critical information more easily accessible to the right people (i.e. both internally and externally, while of course ensuring its protection).

Traditional content management systems often fall short in meeting these demands. They can be complex and difficult to use because they require specialized technical knowledge. This hinders collaboration and can lead to the spawning of information silos, where content is largely inaccessible to those who actually need it. Security concerns are paramount, as sensitive data must be protected from unauthorized access and breaches.

To overcome these obstacles, enterprises need a modern content management solution that is both user-friendly and highly secure.

Maybe Box Inc.’s Box Hubs?

For any unaware, Box is an intelligent content cloud platform that enables organizations to fuel collaboration, manage the entire content lifecycle, secure critical content and transform business workflows with enterprise AI.

Box Hubs is a content management platform that offers a user-friendly interface that simplifies the creation and sharing of content. With intuitive playlists, customizable aesthetics and a no-code approach, Box Hubs enables employees to easily organize and access information across multiple documents.

With the platform, organizations can securely share a Hub with partners, agencies and vendors, and grant hem controlled access to curated content. The platform's global search functionality facilitates quick file retrieval, while new settings like direct linking, vanity links, and bookmarks streamline content navigation. Additionally, Box Hubs ensures compliance with federal regulations, such as Section 508.

For Box Enterprise Plus customers, Box AI integration unlocks even more powerful capabilities within Box Hubs. By asking questions across all documents in a Hub, users can obtain instant, accurate answers with transparent citations. This feature has proven invaluable for organizations across various industries.

For example, one municipality organization successfully implemented Box Hubs to create an HR Hub, centralizing essential employee resources and enabling quick access to information and policy-related answers. Another org (this one being a professional services firm) utilizes Box Hubs to house industry-specific content. This gave their business development teams insights for client pitches.

Moreover, a marketing agency created a Hub to store templates, images and logos. And another technology company established a department Hub for its Product team. This ensures alignment and timely product delivery through centralized access to critical documents.

“From creating an HR Hub with the latest company policies, to a Sales Hub for enablement, or a Marketing Hub for digital assets, Box Hubs transforms how people work. And there’s even more value to be gained by connecting a Hub to powerful AI models with Box AI,” said Diego Dugatkin, CPO of Box.

Box Hubs is available to all Box users on Enterprise plans and above. Box Hubs with Box AI, including unlimited end-user queries, is available to users on the Enterprise Plus plan. Both versions of Box Hubs are available today.
