TGIF, Future of Work readers!
The last full week of 2025 is nearly upon us. Whether or not you observe one of this month’s many holidays — Christmas, Hanukkah, Yule, Kwanzaa, you name it — I hope any travels and company you keep see you safe and warm.
But before this week officially wraps up, let’s talk about three organizations: Lyte Fiber, GOCare, and Dialpad.
- Texas-based Lyte Fiber’s purpose-built fiber optic network currently provides reliable home and business internet to communities in Houston and beyond. Formed in partnership with digital infrastructure investment firm SDC Capital Partners, Lyte Fiber’s Nokia-powered XGS-PON fiber access technology, quote, “ensures that customers will always enjoy premium symmetrical speeds at the router.”
- GOCare’s B2B SaaS solutions and its broadband digital experience experts help operators and utility industries improve customers’ experiences (CXs) by a.) really understanding their preferences and hooking them up with extensive self-service options, and b.) enabling seamless cross-platform experiences. GOCare actively partners with the likes of Vexus Fiber, Blue Stream Fiber, Point Broadband and many others; that’ll also tie back to Lyte Fiber, in a moment.
- Dialpad’s enterprise customers — T-Mobile, Motorola, Johns Hopkins, Cigna, Warby Parker, Panera Bread, Netflix and others — benefit from the advanced communications intelligence solutions it provides. Dialpad’s AI-powered products, quote, “make it easy for teams big and small to call, message, meet and support their customers in one beautiful workspace.”
So, there’s your long-story-short rundown on these three orgs. Here’s why we’re covering them today:
Recently, Lyte Fiber officially selected both GOCare and Dialpad to further elevate its CX strategies.
With GOCare, Lyte Fiber will reportedly expand its communication channels for employees and customers “to include two-way SMS, social media, online chat and SMS chat, all unified within a single platform.” This, along with Dialpad’s omnichannel-centric improvements, ensures users receive comprehensive views of their customers’ journeys, while also empowering more efficient communication at every touchpoint.
“Lyte Fiber brings Gig speeds to underserved broadband communities with superior customer experience and service quality,” explained Carter Old, CEO of Lyte Fiber. “Our goal is to ensure that connecting with us is as simple and convenient as possible. By partnering with GOCare and Dialpad, we can engage with our customers on their preferred communication channels while equipping our local staff with innovative tools to provide an exceptional experience.”
“Lyte Fiber launched a next-generation fiber network backed by a commitment of unparalleled customer service to its subscribers,” stated Mike Roddy, CEO of GOCare. “Our tailored digital experience solutions combined with our broadband operator expertise helps Lyte Fiber earn and maintain the trust of its growing customer base.”
“GOCare and Dialpad continue to deliver powerful customer care solutions for broadband service providers,” added Mike Kane, Senior Vice President of Global Partner Sales at Dialpad. “This streamlined approach improves Lyte Fiber team efficiency while enabling a consistent and personalized customer experience across all channels.”
