Cloud-based UC and collaboration services provider Phone.com has announced it is now offering users an even better way to get important information about interactions with callers with the addition of SAM.AI.
The artificial intelligence CRM offers voice-enable access to call and performance reports about customers and agents and allows management to simply ask the system questions about metrics and reporting for calls. This saves important time and allows managers to focus on other necessary tasks, like training and business growth.
“Successful sales-driven organizations are always looking for an edge to stay one step ahead of competitors, and SAM is a conduit for communicating business intelligence,” said Phone.com CEO Ari Rabban.
Small businesses that use Phone.com’s cloud-based business phone system to keep their remote teams connected can also make use of the conversational AI feature to gain access to key operational intelligence to make better, more informed decisions and improve their customers’ experiences.
The offering makes use of Natural Language Process (NLP) and Natural Language Understanding (NLU) to continuously learn how best to process, analyze and present your data.
“SAM humanizes the CRM experience with its voice-enabled conversational AI and has evolved beyond traditional customer relationship management solutions into the world’s first network-powered relationship management platform,” said Raz Choudhury, CEO and co-founder, SAM.AI.
Rabban also commented on this new addition’s ability to help its channel partners appeal to more small business thanks to innovation it offers.
“For channel partners and managed services providers that must continuously innovate to distinguish themselves in a very crowded market, the combination of SAM and Phone.com adds a compelling value proposition to their services portfolio that will attract the small to medium-sized businesses they covet as customers,” said Rabban.
