ClouDhiti Brings SMBs into Future of Work with Cloud-based Artificial Intelligence Apps

Today, more than ever, smaller businesses need help competing against larger, resource-laden competitors.  Typically, larger companies with deeper pockets have earlier access to new technologies, giving them a head start in each tech cycle. 

Take artificial intelligence, for instance.  While AI is available, businesses need some level of expertise to be able to design and deploy their AI applications.  Most SMBs don’t have those resources, and third-party development costs can be prohibitively high. 

ClouDhiti is trying to level the playing field by bringing ready-to-deploy cloud-based AI applications to the SMB market, starting with a set of apps to empower online retailers with the AI tools they need to operate more efficiently and save valuable human resources.

With the current global health crisis, millions of businesses have been forced to limit or close their physical shops.  That means their ability to cultivate online customers is critical to their ability to stay in business.  For online-only businesses, the situation is an opportunity for them to grow their businesses, but they need the tools to support the growth of their online traffic.

ClouDhiti has added several AI apps to its marketplace help SMBs support their online businesses:

  • AI Chatbot – Embedded with cognitive and NLU capabilities to conduct lifelike conversations with customers, answer their questions contextually and efficiency, guide them in their buying processes, and drive increased engagement and conversion rates. 
  • Store AI Analytics – Analyzes purchases, inventory, and customer transactions to deliver actionable insights and recommendations to drive sales and impactful marketing strategies.
  • AI Anomaly Detection – Uses anomaly detection in web server logs and Shopify store logs to identify threats like DDoS attacks, fraudulent traffic and malicious visitors, and operational issues.
  • Document Search Engine ­– A custom search engine that helps customers find documents based on keywords, leveraging Natural Language Processing to identify key terms or phrases in the input text, as well as and machine learning to categorize documents.

A big part of the benefit for SMBs is ClouDhiti takes the IT burden from users.  The platform handles the back-end technical elements to enable AI Apps to run seamlessly, including data collection and processing and automatically executes the algorithms in each app.  Built-in data privacy and security features protect both businesses and customers.

For instance, Firepie, a delivery-only pizza maker that says promises delivery within 15 minutes, deployed the chatbot app to create a better customer experience.  It is using the chatbot to answer menu questions, help customer place orders, and provide information on promotions.
