
OnTask has launched a new API that connects companies and developers to seamless eSignature and workflow solutions.
OnTask by Accusoft is a workflow automation platform used to easily create and manage digital forms and documents.
With OnTask API, businesses can send digital signatures to users through text message, email or embedded URLs, while also tracking progress and downloading completed documents containing legally binding signatures.
Users have access to a library of pre-built templates or they can build a customized workflow to gather information they need from the various documents. They can also create new ones, route data to an appropriate destination, and verify with eSignature. All of this happening in one automated platform.
Other features offered by OnTask API include the ability to store and route documents, importing and exporting from other systems, seamless integration with apps and the ability to automatically generate document packets.
Developers can also integrate workflow functionality into their applications with OnTask API.
Businesses already using OnTask API have been streamlining a variety of business processes, including adding digital signatures to leasing packets, onboarding employees and clients, creating proposals, quotes, questionnaires and many others.
