AnyClip to Provide AI Smart Video Center for Zoom Global Partners

By

While video has become an important part of business communications, the next step to further unlock its power is being able to access and interact with the data contained in that video’s platform. We do live in a data-driven world, after all.

To answer this need, intelligence company AnyClip was chosen to power Zoom’s Partner Video Center. The Video Center is billed as a "smart video" resource center that centralizes partner-ready video content and enablement in organized, searchable, video-on-demand channels.

Now, content in the Video Center will be searchable by keyword or by phrase – written or spoken – and will allow users to pull up relevant information and answers within videos. It will also offer automated highlights for long-form video and will allow for the instant translation of content in videos in up to 150 languages.

"Our partners are at the core of our go-to-market and product launch strategy," said Joan Morales, Zoom's Head of Partner Marketing. "Creating a partner-centric culture is paramount for Zoom and that means our partner engagement journey must not only be seamless, but also optimized for education and awareness.”

To make the content easy to use and access, it is organized in thematic VOD channels and uses AnyClip's Watch+ feature for streamlined navigation.

Zoom’s goal was to build a fully searchable, interactive video portal to support discovery and knowledge-sharing. The key was to do it in a personalized, intuitive streaming environment that would make it simple for any user.

“I'm thrilled that AnyClip has been able to address those needs in one comprehensive solution with our Genius+ platform," said AnyClip's CEO Gil Becker. "Like Zoom, companies across all verticals, now understand that the key to real-time knowledge sharing and knowledge transfer lies in our ability to unlock and leverage the innate data in video – making that intelligence accessible, usable and actionable for customers, partners and employees alike."
