Let’s talk about Sonata Software and, relatedly, the words “harmony” and “harmonize.”
(Trust me, this’ll make sense shortly.)
Sonata, a modernization engineering company, provides modernization services using its proprietary “Platformation” approach. This involves its team’s specializations in cloud and data modernization and Microsoft Dynamics, plus digital contact center setup and management, managed cloud services, and digital transformation services.
Sonata sees evidence that platforms are the “secret-sauce success” for the born-digital companies of today. Platformation leverages platforms’ capabilities to help businesses achieve open, intelligent, and scalable future-of-workplace solutions, and the company facilitates key interactions between business leaders, consumers and other ecosystem players so swift responses to changing industry demands may be actioned.
Founded in 1986, Sonata has secured partnerships with Microsoft (as mentioned), as well as Amazon and Google, and the company’s “innovative customer-centricity” is aimed at leading businesses towards accelerated, meaningful approaches that spur immediate value in fast-paced environments.
And, in today’s smarter and more competitive environments, AI also plays its role.
Recently, Sonata announced the launch of “Harmoni.AI,” which is described as a purely “responsible-first AI” that enables Sonata to provide even more industry solutions. This harmonizes (or “Harmoni.AI’zes” … that’s my wordplay for the day here) value incentives for businesses and how they unlock new industry solutions, service delivery platforms, and more.
Moreover, Sonata’s “Responsible by Design” responsibility priority, per the official press release for Harmoni.AI, “ensures uncompromising ethics, trust, privacy, compliance and security for enterprise and communities to tap into the next generation of professional opportunities and innovation via generative AI.
According to Samir Dhir, Sonata’s CEO:
“We are excited to launch Harmoni.AI, our “Play Big” move in the responsible-first AI and generative AI space. We’re seeing strong interest from our clients in enhancing customers’ experiences, launching new business models, growing revenue, and enhancing productivity. Our responsibility is to help enterprises leverage the most relevant-possible use cases for specific business needs within a governed framework. The keys to success, therefore, as with any AI, are the guardrails that humans build around them to guarantee more securely trusted outcomes.”
Harmonizing valuable human needs and experiences with modernized technologies, one responsible form of AI at a time.
