Sharpen Introduces Out-of-the-Box AI for Contact Centers

By

While most companies today recognize AI's potential when it comes to streamlining workflows and eliminating rote tasks, fewer companies have actually taken the full AI plunge. In many cases, this lack of initiative stems from the complexity of integrating AI into operations, and most companies admit they don’t understand the processes or have resources to complete them.

So, cloud contact center solutions provider Sharpen has announced the launch of its Usable AI platform. The new AI-powered solution aims to redefine how contact centers operate, providing agents with real-time assistance, streamlining workflows and enabling a new level of personalized customer interactions.

According to Sharpen, Usable AI "represents a new paradigm in AI adoption, focusing on practical, out-of-the-box solutions that seamlessly integrate into existing workflows." This approach eliminates the need for extensive training or specialized skills, making AI accessible to all businesses, regardless of size or technical expertise. For contact centers, this translates to immediate benefits in terms of efficiency, agent empowerment, improved customer satisfaction – and even cost savings. By harnessing the power of AI in a user-friendly manner, Sharpen aims to empower agents, enhance operational efficiency, and ultimately elevate the customer experience.

Usable AI also allows contact center users to automate contact summaries, provide historical overviews and reduce agent effort, ensuring faster resolutions and higher customer satisfaction. Additionally, it allows companies to leverage sentiment analysis for targeted agent coaching, trend identification and proactive service improvements. Features to ensure data privacy include intelligent redaction of sensitive data, ensuring compliance and protecting customer privacy.

"Every CEO is asking every CIO to roll out AI. We built the easiest and most comprehensive answer on how to roll out AI in their contact center, with Usable AI," said Charlie Newark-French, CEO of Sharpen, in a statement. "We've built a step-by-step guide to help move our customers into the world of AI with out-of-the-box, compliance friendly, no-upskilling needed technology. It is, without doubt, a game-changer."
