OnviSource and IPFone Partner to Transform Business Communication with AI-Driven Insights

By

OnviSource, a provider of Intelligent Transformation solutions, announced a strategic partnership with IPFone, a provider of cloud unified communications and contact center software. Together, the companies will leverage the multichannel interaction data captured by the IPFone platform to deliver advanced, AI-driven analytics and automation solutions and enhance workforce performance, customer satisfaction, and overall business productivity.

Specifically, IPFone's unified communications platform has been integrated with OnviSource's OmVista, an AI-powered suite offering hyper analytics, operational analytics, meta-analytics, and process automation. OmVista also offers Customer Lifetime Value (CLV) Management and enterprise-wide analytics that integrate with third-party systems and can generate actionable insights to drive tangible business outcomes.

"Our collaboration with IPFone, combining our AI-driven hyper and meta-analytics and intelligent automation with IPFone's advanced unified communications, offers significant benefits, including enhanced decision-making, greater management of customer lifetime value, increased operational efficiency, cost reductions, and improved workforce performance," said Francisca Crous-Alegria, Chief Revenue Officer at OnviSource. "This partnership introduces a new level of business value for contact centers and enterprises."

With this partnership, businesses gain a deeper understanding of operational challenges, trends, and patterns that impact their performance. This allows contact centers and enterprises to thoroughly assess and improve employee performance, manage customer lifetime value more effectively, and address root causes affecting their top and bottom lines.

OnviSource’s solutions not only analyze data, but also automate responses and actions so businesses can achieve higher levels of performance, productivity, and customer satisfaction.

"Adding hyper and meta-analytics as well as intelligent automation solutions further extends the business value of our solutions for our customers beyond unified business communication and empowers them to improve their workforce performance, customer loyalty, and business productivity," said Damian Chmielewski, President and CEO for IPFone. "This partnership enables us to fulfill our mission of providing the most complete, enterprise-wide solutions for the essential functions of our customers' businesses."
