Here to Help: Sense Conversational Voice AI Automates Contact Center Recruiting and Hiring

By

For contact center managers, recruiting and hiring are some of the biggest time-consuming tasks. Contact centers tend to have high turnover, so most centers are perpetually in hiring mode. This often leads to managers and supervisors focusing on replacing staff more than they’re able to concentrate on other duties, such as improving the customer experience.

In recent years, automation has been a big boon to the recruiting and hiring processes in contact centers. In that vein, AI talent engagement company Sense recently unveiled its Sense Conversational Voice AI product, which was designed to automate candidate phone conversations with intelligent conversational AI. This advanced technology adds a powerful voice channel to the Sense platform, equipping recruiters with a comprehensive solution to automate sourcing, screening, scheduling, and more — all while delivering a high quality candidate experience, said the company.

Sense Conversational Voice AI integrates with Sense’s Recruiting Automation, Chatbot and Messaging products. The connection allows recruiters to complement their outreach and communication efforts with dynamic voice engagement. Conversational Voice AI automatically matches qualified candidates in the ATS to available roles and initiates contact via automated phone calls and conducts pre-screening conversations and coordinates interviews, saving recruiters hours of manual effort.

A user of the solution’s pilot program, staffing firm TSR Consulting Services, leveraged the Conversational Voice AI platform to provide personalized candidate engagement at scale.

“Since deploying Sense Conversational Voice AI, we’ve significantly improved our candidate engagement and streamlined the screening process, leading to three times faster response times and increased efficiency across our recruiting team,” said TSR Consulting Services Managing Director Shah Syed in the announcement. “This has been especially impactful for our high-volume outreach, enabling us to connect with candidates at scale while maintaining a personalized experience. We’re excited to continue leveraging Sense Voice AI to enhance automation and drive greater hiring success.”
