The Future of Work Starts with a Plan

Change can be scary. And for some, the notion of artificial intelligence and machine learning shaping the future of operations can elicit images of Skynet, Schwarzenegger and quite the dystopian vision. Dramatic? Maybe a touch. In reality, AI is poised to revolutionize operations.

Recently Verint announced its AI Blueprint to aid enterprises endeavor into AI. AI Blueprint promises to analyze conversational data and offer a business organizational goal-driven insight to assist in meeting unique business objectives.

“Businesses today need a well-defined roadmap of the resources required to implement an intelligent assistant successfully. AI Blueprint fills this need,” said analyst Dan Miller, founder of Opus Research. “This unique conversation analysis system offers organizations a package of key elements and resources to speed the time to value today and in the future.”

Once deployed, the patent-protected conversation analysis system will provide a blueprint for a company to begin its AI journey, augment AI capability and achieve greater overall efficiency and accelerate ROI.

“Understanding precisely how AI can be leveraged to support specific business goals is an ongoing industry challenge,” said Tracy Malingo, SVP of product strategy at Verint. “At Verint, our chief goal is enabling organizations to effectively automate areas in the business with the greatest potential for ROI. AI Blueprint helps businesses understand the right place to start when it comes to implementing AI.”

Speaking of blueprints, Verint announced a Webcast for the investment community on Tuesday, May 21, 2019 at 4:30pm ET to discuss customer engagement automation and cloud growth strategy to offer insight into development being done in automation and cloud acceleration plan.
