JobSync Launches Talent Acquisition Automation Platform

By

Talent acquisition automation platforms, or TAAPs, enable companies to integrate, automate manual processes and customize technology solutions to align to their business processes and objectives. Companies can reduce their dependence on manual processes required to reach quality candidates, capture key information and route candidate data to systems of record through TAAPs.

JobSync announced the introduction of the first TAAP to operate as the backbone of the talent acquisition tech stack deployed by enterprise organizations, which will enable hiring organizations to make their various talent acquisition technology investments align to their internal business processes, increasing the ROI from their solutions.

“Our team has been working tirelessly to create the tools and infrastructure to support this first of its kind platform,” said JobSync co-Founder and CEO Alex Murphy. “Recruiting top talent is a critical objective of every organization, and we couldn’t be more excited about what the introduction of a TAAP will do for companies around the world.”

Hiring organizations will see a 200%-plus increase in qualified candidates and 10-plus hours a week returned to recruiters and recruitment support personnel by adding JobSync’s TAAP.

“Enterprise organizations continue to add new point solutions to their talent acquisition workflow, resulting in many having 12 or more solutions,” said Murphy. “With the introduction of a Talent Acquisition Automation Platform into the equation, companies can now automate the workflows needed in order to achieve the ultimate goals of the business.”

JobSync integrates with over 20 ATSs including Workday, PhenomPeople, Kenexa, SAP SuccessFactors, Taleo, iCims, Taleo Business Edition, Greenhouse, Bullhorn, TenStreet, DriverReach and SmartRecruiters. JobSync also integrates dozens of job boards, such as Indeed, SEEK, ZipRecruiter, Talent.com and Talroo’s Quick Apply solutions, emulating the hiring organizations' application within the Quick Apply experience.
