Mitel Wins Fourth Sourcewell Contract

By

Mitel announced that Sourcewell, a service cooperative representing more than 50,000 government, education, and nonprofit entities, named the company a preferred provider of communications and collaboration services.

This marks Mitel's fourth consecutive contract win over the last 14 years, solidifying its position in the market.

Under the newly signed four-year contract, Sourcewell member agencies gain a more streamlined purchasing process thanks to access to Mitel's comprehensive suite of unified communication (UC) solutions with accessible and ready to use contracts.

Mitel's portfolio of solutions includes private cloud, on-site communications systems, contact center, collaboration, mass notification applications, business phones, devices, and accessories.

The partnership brings together their industry expertise and service excellence to innovate and improve communication infrastructure in government, education, and nonprofit sectors.

With a growing need for seamless communication solutions in these sectors, Mitel's proven track record of delivering high-quality services makes it a perfect fit for Sourcewell and its member agencies.

Last year, 40,000 agencies purchased over $6.5 billion worth of goods and services through over 450 Sourcewell contracts.

“Our top priority is to help the agencies we serve save time and money by providing streamlined access to world-class suppliers who offer choice, peace of mind, and value,” said David Duhn, supplier development supervisor at Sourcewell. “Mitel has helped us deliver on this commitment as a trusted communications supplier to agencies across the nation for over a decade, and after a formal and comprehensive bidding process, we are happy to continue this beneficial relationship with a new contract for another four years.”
