LTIMindtree and Microsoft Partner for AI Employee Engagement Solutions

Tech consulting and digital solutions company LTIMindtree announced a strategic collaboration with Microsoft to introduce AI-powered Employee Engagement Applications that aim to elevate employee and customer experiences. These new applications are part of LTIMindtree's Canvas.AI suite of AI offerings and solutions and are focused on redefining enterprise effectiveness through greater personalization.

The Generative AI-powered Employee Engagement Applications from LTIMindtree leverage Microsoft Azure OpenAI Service and Azure Cognitive Search. It offers content summarization, graph-led knowledge structuring, and an innovative copilot. This, according to officials is set to enhance cognitive intelligence within organizations, setting a new standard for employee engagement applications.

"This collaboration signifies our commitment to pushing the boundaries of what is possible, enhancing the employee experience for enterprises globally. We believe that by harnessing the capabilities of generative AI, we can drive meaningful change and unlock unprecedented value for our clients," said Nachiket Deshpande, Whole-Time Director and Chief Operating Officer, LTIMindtree.

Utilizing its early access to Microsoft 365 Copilot and Azure OpenAI Service, it is piloting this new technology with select internal groups. It will share valuable insights and offer advice on best practices for client engagements.

The company’s expertise in AI was recently recognized with the Microsoft US Partner of the Year Award in the AI category and by Microsoft India for its innovative AI solutions in the Microsoft AI Solutions Foundry Program.

LTIMindtree has announced it opened a Microsoft Cloud Generative AI Center of Excellence (GenAI CoE). This center will act as a hub for innovation, helping customers expand their digital transformation efforts by using the power of Generative AI.
