HCLTech and ServiceNow Join Forces for Next-Gen AI Solutions in Business Workflows

By

I recently penned an article about how HCLTech unveiled its latest offering: FlexSpace 5G.

FlexSpace 5G leverages the power and security of Verizon's 5G network and HCLTech's established partnerships with top hardware providers to deliver a comprehensive "experience-as-a-service" (XaaS) model. Learn more about that here.

Sticking to HCLTech news, this global technology company that helps businesses across industries achieve their digital transformation goals recently announced a partnership with ServiceNow to deliver new generative AI-led solutions. The offerings will help enterprises adopt ServiceNow’s GenAI capabilities across the business quickly and efficiently.

ServiceNow is a cloud-based platform that streamlines and automates business operations for large organizations. Originally focused on IT service management (i.e. think help desk software), it has expanded to encompass various departments like customer service, HR, and security.

Essentially, ServiceNow helps companies digitally manage workflows. This means creating a single platform for tasks, requests, and approvals, improving transparency and collaboration across the organization. By automating routine work, employees can focus on more strategic initiatives.

Under the new global partnership, HCLTech will offer consulting, design, implementation and managed services through ServiceNow’s entire suite of products. Combining ServiceNow products with HCLTech’s industry expertise, IPs and global delivery capabilities, this partnership will deliver use cases and solutions to help enterprises increasingly adopt ServiceNow’s industry domain-specific GenAI to transform their business. The partnership will help enterprises realize cost savings and enhance cross-department efficiency and productivity.

"HCLTech’s differentiated portfolio and engineering heritage positions it to deliver practical and customized GenAI use cases to clients as they move forward with their digital transformation agendas,” said C Vijayakumar, CEO and Managing Director, HCLTech.

HCLTech and ServiceNow will also launch a ServiceNow business unit and the “Fluid NOW” centers of excellence in London, New York and Noida for enterprises to explore the latest GenAI solutions that can accelerate their digital transformation journeys.

“HCLTech offers a wealth of ServiceNow expertise to the world’s leading businesses,” said Bill McDermott, chairman and CEO, ServiceNow. “It is an honor to extend our partnership to the co-creation of industry specific GenAI solutions that will ignite our customers' growth engines with transformative experiences.”
