HARMAN Partners with Celonis to Revolutionize Enterprise Processes with AI

By

HARMAN, a subsidiary of Samsung Electronics specializing in connected technologies, has announced a new AI-driven partnership with Celonis, a provider of process mining and process intelligence. The collaboration will enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of enterprise processes by combining HARMAN’s expertise in business transformation, AI, and machine learning (ML) with Celonis’ process intelligence platform.

By leveraging Celonis’ technology to accelerate its SAP S/4 HANA migration, HARMAN can better understand and optimize internal processes. Enterprise customers served by HARMAN’s Digital Transformation Solutions unit will also gain tools to enhance their operations as part of the partnership.

“The Celonis Process Intelligence platform enables more than 1,200 companies around the world, including HARMAN, to uncover and unlock the value hiding in their processes, maximize their investments in technologies, such as AI and automation, and operate more sustainably,”  said Mark Jacobs, Senior Vice President of North America Sales at Celonis.

Other key features of the partnership include:

  • Intelligence-Driven Process Optimization: By integrating Celonis' process intelligence platform with HARMAN’s technology consulting expertise, organizations can identify areas for improvement and optimize their business processes for greater efficiency, sustainability, and cost savings.
  • AI/ML-Driven Process Automation: The collaboration will apply AI and ML algorithms to analyze process data, providing actionable insights that enable automation, reduce costs, and improve overall efficiency and customer experiences.
  • Customer Journey Mapping and Improvements: HARMAN and Celonis will also help businesses map out customer journeys, identify critical touchpoints, and enhance service quality by optimizing customer service processes and reducing response times.

“HARMAN is dedicated to providing quality and efficient business process transformation, both internally and externally. Our partnership with Celonis will not only increase productivity, but also allow for streamlined operational alignment and excellence for our customers," said Vikas Gupta, EVP and General Manager for Digital Transformation Solutions, at HARMAN. "Celonis’ Process Intelligence platform and its seamless integration of AI models opens up new opportunities to eliminate process inefficiencies, helping enterprises to uncover valuable business insights so they can establish more efficient, intelligent workflows."
